HP Gold partner

As an HP Gold partner, we have access to some of the best prices from this global manufacturer. The Gold partnership is reserved for resellers who deliver a strong brand and maintain in-depth knowledge of the hardware.

Education customers often qualify for bid or education pricing on HP hardware, so for larger orders we can request supported pricing that often beats online or standard reseller prices.

Microsoft Authorised Education Partner

The Microsoft Authorised Education Partner programme is for resellers focused on delivering Microsoft solutions in education. We can quote, supply and, if needed, install OVS-ES agreements and Office 365 A1, A3 and A5 for education, including email hosting. See Microsoft licensing.

If your school still uses a council domain for email, Microsoft 365 A1 for education lets you move to your own school domain. We’ve helped many West Yorkshire schools make the switch.

Apple education pricing

Schools get a good discount from RRP on Apple hardware, and Apple has a growing platform for managing iPads and Macs in school. All iPads we supply (unless graded devices) are sold under Apple’s authorised education structure as part of Automated Device Enrolment, so you get the discount and can enrol devices into Apple School Manager seamlessly. We can help with Apple School Manager and enrolling devices into an MDM too.

Google authorised partner

Chromebooks are brilliant for older children, offering learning possibilities that are harder to achieve with a tablet. As an accredited partner, we supply Chromebook licensing for education with highly competitive education discounts. Chromebooks often form part of a wider Google education setup across the school.

Supplied, set up and supported

We don’t just drop off boxes. We can set devices up, enrol them in your management system, tag them with our asset tagging service and support them through our school IT support. We supply schools and trusts across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Kirklees and Calderdale.

Can you get education pricing for our school?

Yes. As an HP Gold partner, Microsoft Authorised Education Partner and Google authorised partner, we can access education and bid pricing, and Apple education pricing on iPads.

Do you set up the devices for us?

We can set devices up, enrol them into Apple School Manager, Google or your device management system, and support them afterwards.

Which is better for schools: iPads, Chromebooks or laptops?

It depends on the age group and how devices will be used. Tablets suit younger pupils, while Chromebooks and laptops suit older pupils and staff. We’ll advise on the right mix for your school.

Do you deliver outside Leeds?
